By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You represent that:

  • You are at least 16 years old (or the age of majority where you reside).
  • You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
    If you do not meet these criteria, you are not permitted to use the Service.

2. Account Registration

To access certain functions of the Service (such as generating videos), you may be required to register an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information.
  • Safeguard your login credentials and not share them.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

We may disable accounts that breach these Terms or show suspicious activity.

3. Subscriptions & Payments
3.1 Subscription Plans

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide.

3.2 Billing Terms
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • We may change pricing, but changes will apply no sooner than the next billing cycle.
  • Failure to pay may suspend or terminate your access.

4. User Inputs and Generated Outputs

User Inputs — You may upload or provide images, text prompts, or other materials (“Inputs”).

Generated Outputs — The Service uses AI to create videos from your Inputs (“Outputs”).

Ownership and Responsibility
You represent and warrant that you own, or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload and use any Inputs submitted to the Service.

You retain ownership of your Inputs at all times. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your Inputs to Videe.

You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of your Inputs, including ensuring that their use does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

As between you and us, you own the Outputs you generate, provided you comply with these Terms. Videe and its licensors retain all rights in the underlying AI models, algorithms, and proprietary technology used to generate Outputs.

License to Operate the Service
You grant Videe a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, store, and process your Inputs and Outputs solely to:

  • Provide and operate the Service;
  • Generate Outputs at your request;
  • Maintain, secure, and improve the Service using aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data only;
  • Comply with legal obligations.

This license continues for as long as necessary to operate the Service and to comply with legal, security, and backup requirements.

5. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Upload or generate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, infringing, invasive of privacy, or promotes violence/hate;
  • Create deepfakes, misleading media, or impersonate others without clear disclosure;
  • Generate or distribute adult/sexually explicit content;
  • Violate intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others;
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission;
  • Interfere with the Service, introduce malware, or attempt unauthorized access;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our AI models or proprietary technology;
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written approval.

We may monitor usage, remove content, or suspend/terminate access for violations.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and all materials not provided by users — including software, designs, logos, and models — are owned by the Company or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or copyrighted material without written permission.

7. Data Protection & GDPR Compliance
7.1 Privacy Policy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and explains:

  • What data we collect.
  • How we use it.
  • Your rights under GDPR.

7.2 Data Controller and Processor

When you upload other people’s personal data (e.g., images of others), you are responsible for having the legal right to process it.
For account, billing, and platform management data, we act as a data controller. When you upload personal data of third parties through the Service, you act as the data controller and we act as your data processor. If required, a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available upon request.

8. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
  • Our maximum liability will not exceed what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.

9. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We may update the Service or these Terms at any time. We will post updated Terms with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms. Certain provisions (like intellectual property rights and liability limits) survive termination.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Miscellaneous
  • Entire Agreement — These Terms (plus Privacy Policy) constitute the full agreement.
  • Severability — Invalid provisions do not affect the remainder.
  • No Waiver — Failure to enforce does not waive rights.
  • Assignment — We may assign these Terms; you may not without consent.
  • Force Majeure — Not liable for events beyond reasonable control.
